Nope.... this is not my 'return to blogging', but I just wanted to drop in for a quick hello and show some recent photos! I am doing okay.... but I will note that after I posted the previous vlog, I had something happen that has rocked my world yet again. It's pretty private, so I am not going to go into any details, but let's just say that if the broken engagement was a 10 on my hurt radar, I will give what recently happened to me about a 7. I told myself that if I survived 2010, it only made me stronger to survive what happened recently here in 2011. Even more so why I am glad I have taken a time-out from daily blogging. My God is my refuge and I know He is going to show up and show off... I can't wait to let you all know what He blesses me with through another hurdle of hurt.
As my grandfather, Vines, says... "We cannot control what happens to us, but we can control how we respond." I choose to respond with utmost grace, class and even forgiveness.
Hope you are all having a great summer so far, and I look forward to touching base again soon...
